Managed Services

What is the basis of the currency conversion?
We base our conversion from Bank of the Philippines’ foreign exchange rates on the day of the billing.
Can we terminate an employee if we find them to be unsatisfactory?
Yes, but there will be a timeline and monetary cost in doing so. The standard separation period under Philippine Law is 30 days. In addition to the salary incurred for those days, the prorated balance of the 13th month has to be included in their last pay.
Can we opt for project-based employment?
Yes, our regular project-based employment is a one-year contract. After 12 months, it needs to be renewed, otherwise, we let the employee go.
How do I manage my team’s vacation/sick leaves?
Don’t worry, you will be the approver should an employee file for vacation/sick leaves, which you can track through our timekeeping & payroll system.
Will you provide health insurance for my team?
Yes, your team will be provided premium health insurance once they are regularized on the 6th month of employment.

What is the typical selection process?
Once we receive your application, our Recruitment Specialist will reach out to you within 24-48 hours for a phone interview. Should you pass the initial screening, you will be endorsed for another interview or exam with one of our business partners.
Can I apply for multiple positions?
Yes, you can apply for as many as you’d like! If you are interested and feel that you meet the requirements for more than one role, feel free to submit an application for each.
How do I check the status of my application?
Your Recruitment Specialist will get back to you within the next 24-48 hours regarding the status of your application. You may also send an email to [email protected] or drop us a message via our Facebook page.
What if my application was unsuccessful?
Your Recruitment Specialist will notify you via call or email. In this case, your resume will be kept in our database so we can easily reach out to you again once we have other vacancies that match your profile and interests.

Events, Training, & Conference Spaces

Do you offer refreshments?
Yes, we provide water. Free flowing coffee has additional charges.
Can we put decorations and branding materials in your event space?
Of course! You can definitely bring banners and standees for your event.
How much would it cost to rent your event space?
Our rates range from Php 2,500 to Php 20,000, depending on the date, time, and duration of your event. We also have special rates for those booking multiple events at a time, as well as partner discounts and flash sales, which are announced via our newsletter.
What inclusions come with the event space bookings?
Our venues are equipped to cover your basic event needs such as high-speed WiFi, media projection, audio/visual system, and basic assistance in setting up & cleaning up. Should you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to ask us!
Do you provide catering service as well?
We have a partner caterer who can provide for your catering needs, a minimum of 50 pax is required.


Can we access the office 24/7?
Yes, we will be providing your own keys and biometrics access upon move in.
What time is your office operations team available? Can they assist even after office hours?
Office Operations team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We usually have custodians who can assist after office hours.
Can we access the building even on holidays?
Yes you can!
Is it possible to bring in our own network? If so, what is the process?
It would depend if your preferred network provider will be allowed in the building. To know more details about this, send an email to: [email protected]
Is there an available IT team 24/7?
Our IT Team is available through our Ticketing system which you’ll be given access to once you’ve moved in.
