Office Space

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have 12 meeting rooms that are free to use by all of our clients.

We use an online booking system to reserve meeting rooms. Please ask our receptionist for assistance in getting access.

We have parking slots for clients. The standard price of a slot is Php 5,000/month.

We have monthly, weekly and daily rates. You can email [email protected] to request a copy of the different rates.

Human Resources

All offices are equipped with biometrics access and we have a record of timekeeping reports that can be requested.

We have an HR Officer who is focused on our payroll services and handles the compensation and benefits.

Government mandated services such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF and 13th-month pay are also included in our payroll services. We also handle tax remittances.

Events and Community

Our rates range from Php 3,200 to Php 15,000, depending on the date, time, and duration of your event. You may check out our event space flyer for more details. We also have special rates for those booking multiple events at a time, as well as partner discounts and flash sales, which are announced via our newsletter.

Our air-conditioned venue is equipped to cover your basic event needs. This includes high-speed WiFi, media projection, audio/visual system, cork board and whiteboards, kitchen counter, seats and tables, and basic assistance in setting up and cleaning up. We are still working on this as of the moment, and we are looking forward to offering this to the public soon! In the meantime, be sure to checkout various cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is no corkage fee, and you are welcome to contract the services of other food and beverage providers.

Our air-conditioned space can seat up to 40 people comfortably, but we’ve also had events with up to 60 attendees at a time.

No, we ensure that the venue is exclusively yours during the hours of your reservation. Our tenants will not be there to disrupt your event.

The nearest parking lot is the Dela Rosa Car Park, which is just a few steps away from the building. We also have side street parking limited to a few hours.
